- Responsible for Provide support on incidents / service requests as per standard Turnaround Times. Receive Support calls from AESL End Users.
- You will Respond to End Users query emails.
- Need to Participate in UAT/ OAT/ Training sessions.
- You will Define master values in the system.
- Work with the Ability to do the first level of Investigation.
- You will be Doing screen shares wherever necessary with clients and getting on calls to assist them.
- You will be required to Escalate case to Level 2 or Level 3 for further investigations.
- Work to Perform additional support tasks as assigned by Team Lead.
- Work with Strong interpersonal ability to interact with teams across various sites and within the organization.
- You Would be the Primary escalation point for all blockages in the pipelines.
- You need to Diagnose issues effectively and efficiently, also solving all troubleshooting steps and escalation forms, as necessary.
- Work with the ability to prioritize or de-prioritize the customer incidents or requests considering business impact and urgency.
- You need to work on the Development and document support process (SOPs).
- Work on Continuously improves customer service, productivity, and process improvement.
- Confers with the Team Manager daily to clarify priorities, processes, assignments and to discuss any issues therein.

- Have 0.6-2 years of experience in an L1 technical support assignment independently communicating with clients.
- Have Working knowledge on SQL queries, PS Queries and Java scripts.
