- The main focus of this position will be to support assigned suppliers to check, meet and exceed AGCO quality performance standards and the company’s customer’s product quality expectations by investigating, analyzing and resolving supplier quality problems.
- You will lead in all supplier qualifications for endeavors including on-site supplier quality audits and also supplier technical reviews.
- The Supplier Quality Engineer will drive all systematic APQP in the sourcing phase to meet and exceed Supplier PPAP “Right First Time” targets.
AGCO Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Work to Lead on-site audits focusing on both quality systems and software technical processes.
- Will Conduct thorough technical reviews at various parts in level to assess supplier’s capability to take part.
- You will Drive post-audit corrective actions.
- You will Drive systematic APQP to meet project timeline on a monthly basis and PPAP requirements.
- Help suppliers to exceed “Fit, Form, Function” and also as reliability requirements while working with AGCO purchasing, developing, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
- Continuously monitor, check and improve supplier quality performance (NCR, RFT).
- Work as Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with all the suppliers to avoid repeat failures.
- Drive “Zero” defect approach within the supply base and strive to exceed all the “Zero PPM” quality level.
- Work with software Technical service and supplier recovery team to review, gather, analyze, and action all the field issues related to assigned suppliers.
- Lead all the required problem-solving efforts to eliminate warranty failures.
