- Responsible for Contributing to updating of TSP Interface manual and developing local operating rules by ensuring compliance with quality, c and regulatory requirements. Guarantee TSP adherence to FHS CAM Manual and associated procedures
- You will Lead the deployment and compliance to AIRBUS Quality Management System within the TSP
- Work to Ensure that all TSP personnel qualified to carry out their continuing airworthiness management activities that are registered and evidence records are kept in archive
- You will Develop initial and recurrent training program for the FHS-TSP team
- You need to Develop a TSP yearly surveillance program on TSP local team activities and also work on the deliverables which addresses all of the areas of the FHS CAM including contracted activities according to the global surveillance plan
- You will Perform a continuous surveillance activity that issue relevant reports and monitor non conformities up to closure
- You will Analyze adherence assessment and also give results from surveillance plans and take part in reviews to propose improvements
- You need to Ensure that follow up actions required to address their findings are completed with the use of PPS, as needed
- You will Support Internal and External assessments
- Work to Promote and facilitate the PPS (AOS Brick) within FHS
- Ensure reporting to the TSP Director regarding quality matters in a minimum of half yearly quality review and also on a case to case basis for quality issues requiring management awareness or decisions.
