Alight Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- The Software Engineer works as part of a sprint team to develop various SaaS software products and services.
- You will be responsible for realizing business value through your features and capabilities delivered by the team.
- The team is responsible for maintaining quality, performance and availability in a Dev Ops environment.
- As a Software Engineer, you will closely collaborate with others on your team and across teams to build, maintain solutions and provide peer reviews as well as technical leadership.
- You will be responsible for software design for moderate to complex business solutions, you will also take on a lead role on development projects that are small to medium in work and may work under guidance of senior technologists on larger and more complex projects.
- You will lead as an example to others on the team of good coding practices or good code quality.

- Have pursued graduation in field of computers with BTech Background
- Must have Minimum score of 70% throughout their academic tenure. (includes 10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation)
- Have Streams considered are Computers, Electronics and Communication and Information Technology
- Must possess good analytical and logical skills.
- BA Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Or Industry certifications preferred.
- 3-4 years related work experience
- Have JAVA and SQL knowledge is must.
- Candidates with good programming skills and have knowledge of computer science will be preferred.
- Candidates with Training Courses undergone from any IT Training Institute for Java are preferred.
- Having exposure on, spring boot, hibernate, SQL will be of advantage
- Must possess oral and written communication skills in English.
- Candidates must show ability and willingness to learn, self-motivated, hardworking, flexible, and result-oriented.
- Candidates should be willing to work in any location as per business needs.
