Azuga Telematics Recruitment 2022 – Job Description
- Write technical specifications, reports or manuals(user & instruction manuals) for internal documentation and/or customer reference.
- Prepare release notes for web & mobile releases by understanding new features released & improvements made to existing features.
- Partner with other technical publications experts to create documents such as Users Manuals, Handbooks, Release Notes, and PPT based training rich in images and technical descriptions. The primary focus will be on quick and easy understanding by the end-user of this material.
- Works hands-on on projects of moderate scope and high/moderate complexity to gather raw inputs from subject-matter experts to prepare easy-to-understand technical user guides/manuals, training and methodology documents containing text, data, drawings and charts.
- Monitors progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate.
- Write FAQs & help articles to help customers navigate through our applications.

- Edit, write or rewrite technical publications, presentations, and other materials in order to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of audiences.
- Analyze available technical literature, write descriptive copy, and verify documentation.
- As needed, prepares reasonable schedules and estimates for his or her portion of a documentation project.
Azuga Telematics Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- 5+ years writing highly-technical documentation in an enterprise software development environment
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and create highly usable, effective documentation
- Experience authoring topic and task-based documentation in XML or HTML
- Experience with MadCap Flare, Paligo, or DITA using Oxygen or XMetaL or similar tools
- Experience using conditional text, variables, snippets or fragments, and other single-sourcing technical writing features and techniques
- Experience using source control and build management tools or other content management tools that enforce version control and generate deliverables in multiple output formats
