- Will Review and check process insurance claims.
- Check Validate Member, Provider and other company Claims information.
- Determine accurate payment requirements criteria for clearing pending claims based on various defined Policy and Procedure.
- Closely maintain Coordination of Claim Benefits based on the Terms & Procedure.
- Maintain productivity goals, objectives, quality standards and aging timeframes.

Carestack Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Must be Getting trained and learning on US healthcare, US Dental industry, Revenue Cycle Management for US healthcare.
- Creation and submission of healthcare claims using billing software, identifying the necessary information to create a complete claim.
- Initiate and conduct follow-ups through proficient use of the claims handling system or other related systems.
- Perform data analysis to create and verify claim information before submission, available resources and reference materials. Will Identify claim coding errors before submission.
- Will Maintain accurate logs detailing for documentation on individual claim progress.
- And Submit additional claim information upon when request.
- Escalate complaints promptly (if required), using all available resources and reference material.
- Maintains team management collaboration, inter and intra-team communication, and improvements.
- Work on Shift Timing: 4pm – 1am
