- As an assistant director, you work as a strategic thought partner to the CEO/ Co – Founders. You will be a critical member of the team.
- You will be Defining brand positioning and brand articulating customer proposition.
- Work on Conceptualizing and executing ATL business Campaigns to increase customer base in all parts of the marketing funnel.
- Read and Understand consumer insights to drive positioning, branding, new products and increase customer acquisition in particular segments.
- Work onImproving Brand Awareness, Consideration, engagement, TOM. Attitudes and Barriers.

- As Assistant Director – You will create Brand and you will be responsible for building the branding function and branding strategy, also leading community building, leading generation and conversion, and create branding campaign, trust and credibility building while expanding the customer base to ensure Chaayos stays on the growth trajectory as it has set its vision on for the next 2-3 year.
- Work on Data Oriented as work on numbers and have analytically strong.
- Work with strong Customer Focus – Workable to manage Customer queries and also Take feedbacks and work on them with marketing internal teams.
- You will be Ensuring Cost Efficiency (ROI) on a monthly basis.
- Taking ownership of top revenue for the company organization and annual branding and working on marketing strategy and execution with ROI Metrics in line with future Organizational goals.
- Building an astutely and high performing Branding campaign and Marketing team to meet and exceed organizational growth and revenue and vision in the coming years.
