- Work on End to End management of all Desktops, Laptops , Printers & Peripherals for all the existing and new devices covering installations and management
- Perform new Install, Move, Add or Change of IT assets
- Work on Hardware management
- Also take Management of all Softwares installed on the devices
- Execute and give L1 support of all Business applications accessed by the end user
- Automated regular Desktop and Laptop management activities like disk cleanup, defragmentation, patch deployment, Anti-virus updates.
- Design new processes related to software and hardware asset management, also work to execute and enhance them.

- Actively prepare Reports to Project Manager at project level.
- Responsible for the software development activities including verify, develop and manage the change requests for one component of a project solution
- Responsible for the software Design of the software architecture and also interfaces for the component to meet functional and performance requirements.
- Responsible for all testing software functional, design and best quality requirements for the components.
- Assist Software Architects to maintain and work to improve in-house software modules and technical support
- Manage multiple activities concerning license compliance audits to be able to answer requests from other software editors effectively.
- Generating Monthly Patch Compliance Report and work on the Creation of filters and policies. Also Inventory Management and creation of operational inventory reports.
- Perform day to day verification and audit of Asset Management process.
- Verify software assets with other license contracts, confirm hardware assets with actual inventory & also initiate corrective actions & track them.

- Have a BE/ B.Tech – CSE/ IT/ ECE; B.Sc, BCA/ MCA
- Possess Knowledge of microsoft OS
