- You need to Achieve assigned budgets for month, quarter Target via department and institutions
- Will Generate business from Municipalities , Government department, Railways, MES, Industries, Hotel, Hospital and other reputed institutions in assigned territory
- Ensure Collection from various department & Institutions through contactor and EPC as per project timelines and report the same to the company
- Conducting Regular seminar to market the products and services display in department, govt offices and institutions
- Work on Expansion of business in territory
- Analyse and drive Competition Analysis, analytics for forecasting and new product development
- Coordinate with warehousing operations as per company’s policies.
- Ensure and maintain Stock liquidation and min. stock levels as per sales forecasting
- Execute Cross functional efficiency between Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics, Product Manager, marketing for smooth functioning of the branch.
- Appoint DSMs to Review & train them for peak performance in the month
- Drive daily channel finance for your channel partners
- Make and execute Sales activation plan, BTL activities including CP meets & brand positioning.
