- Managing the India Service delivery and service team and evaluating their performance
- Ensuring customer service is properly timely and accurate on a daily basis
- Recruit, and ensure training and support for help desk representatives and other technicians
- Leading the technical support team to provide well and excellent customer service and maintain resolution of all technical issues.
- Drive Escalation for high priority issues such as Bridge with central Digital Operations center ( DoC) , also Communicate to End Users, Pull relevant people depending on the situation
- Ensure multiple training for the team to fully understand the Standard Operating Procedures and their other WABTEC IT Standards and services
- Manage requests within SLA such as Access right, Software installation, Desktop delivery,
- Evaluate request and task for CAPEX hardware renewals for many computers, servers, routers.
- Drive Software management such as Imaging, install and also uninstall packages automatically, build and maintain packages
- As Site IT operations manager oversee and works to direct the day-to-day activities of the IT function in India, ensuring that the systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely.
- Responsible for establishing maintaining and tracking India IT Opex and Capex budget
- Work with Sourcing team to ensure IT Purchase orders are released on time
- Closely Work with Logistics team for delivery of Assets
- Closely Work with Finance team for ensuring timely payment to vendors and services are not disrupted
- Work with other Global Technical Services team to bring in improvements

- Have Total work experience – 16+ years of work experience
- Must have Proven work experience as a IT End user Service Delivery manager for 5 -6 years
- Must have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience.
- Possess problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate the team to achieve specific goals.
- Have Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Have Team management skills
- Have BE/ BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
- Candidates who have finished their B.E/ B.Tech, BSc, and all other graduation and Post Graduation courses are eligible to attend the Campus Drive by GE.
- Can 2023, 2022, 2021 Batch Freshers can also apply for the GE Off Campus Drive 2022.
