- You will Manage company’s customer services to support various customer services programs which includes 24×7 Global customer care center, field engineer, spare parts (FRU) management in 70+ countries
- You will Monitor the support cases regularly to ensure the cases that are closed as per the set Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- You need to Coordinate with resources/third party vendors to meet the SLAs.
- Work to Handle complete Day to Day Operations of the Command Centre.
