- As a senior executive you will be Maintaining and updating daily records and databases are also part of your basic daily work routine.

JLL Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll be playing a very important role in billing and procurement. While managing this role you will have to manage the Billing report and processing of clients requests.
- Work on Invoice creation, take Payment Follow ups from the existing client, Billing Management, take Invoicing of vendor and sub-vendors, Transport Invoices and all other ad hoc services, and Creating for all JLL sub vendors.
- You will need to update the tracker which is updated in Sharepoint, also Creating a Purchase Order on an exceptional basis as now all requirements are completed through Chain IQ team, Optima Coding, Dealing with different vendors.
- Contribute to admin related work and coordinating among other staff and the management, MIS – Reports preparation like PO tracker , invoice management, NDC tracker etc, Invoice processing , also MMR data to be given on monthly, GR reports to be done etc.

- Candidates must be Diploma holders in Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates should have experience in floor maintenance around 2-3 years, specially knowledge on HVAC, UPS & LT systems.
- Have good Verbal/written communication skills, Vendor management, planning, ability to prioritize and organize
- Must have Teamwork, learning attitude, and can handle multiple tasks & positive thinking
