- Would be highly responsible for sample preparation for failure analysis of Plastics, Rubbers & other organic components of automotive.
- You will be responsible for basic polymer analytical machine installation, periodic maintenance and also troubleshooting for analytical instruments like DSC, TGA, GCMS, GPC, XRF, SEM-EDX etc.
- You Would be responsible for the failure or root cause analysis using analysis tools like WHY-WHY analysis, and Ishikawa diagram, etc.
- Would be highly responsible for Plastic & Rubber physical testing like Tensile, Impact, Shrinkage, Heat ageing or Oil ageing, Ozone etc.
- Would be responsible for Plastic compounding and molding processes, working along with molding troubleshooting and root cause analysis, also for rubber molded parts.
