- You will work to Design & Development of Exterior Fascia Plastic Parts (Bumpers, Grilles etc.), Roof Equipment like Roof Rails, Garnishes, Carrier, and Load Bars etc
- Work for the Development of the sheet metal parts as per program schedule.
- Check Cost & Weight monitoring at Part & Sub-System level.
- Countermeasure planning, as and when necessary, based on Design and Quality Reviews, Line Feedback & Testing.
- Maintain Coordination with business partners for development of parts.

Maruti Suzuki Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Design & Development of Exterior Fascia Plastic Parts (Grilles etc.), Roof Equipment like Roof Rails, Garnishes, Luggage Carrier, and Load Bars etc.,
- Layout and Packaging, Master Section Creation & finalization and Detail Part and System Designing, BOM Handling, Cost & Weight Management.
- Understanding of Vehicle and System Level Testing & Evaluation.
- Design Reviews And Problem Solving through Root cause analysis & also countermeasure planning.
- Work for the Understanding of Raw Materials, Manufacturing Processes & different tooling concepts, Regulation & provisioning of the same in design.
Maruti Suzuki Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have a BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering
- Contain Minimum 60 % marks
- Have Proficiency in CAD software, Preferably Unigraphics (NX7.5)
- Should be aware of the latest automotive trends in technology / weight & cost management.
- Must have Hands on Experience in Thermal & Strength CAE and CFD will be an added advantage.
- Have 4-5 Years of relevant experience in Auto OEM / Auto Ancillary / Service provider in Auto Domai
