- Work on Understanding clients requirements and interpreting clients brief to respective team or department.
- Proper and timely coordination with all the necessary departments within the agency like Creative, Art, Production Team, Business Development team, Accounts, Operations, etc.
- Follow-up with team members and ensuring the job is carried out as per the deadline with regards to closure of the job.

- Responsible for understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain good relations with the clients.
- Research new clients, customers and provide solutions to customers.
- Negotiate with other vendors for client requirements.
- Keep up with Fevicol industry & market trends. Measure & analyse main key metrics.
- Acts as day-to-day contact person, sometimes across multiple clients and accounts in a fast-paced atmosphere and workload prioritization skills are a must for success
- Work to Balance daily client requests alongside the support of account department to ensure on-time delivery of projects that align with client goals and vision
- Assists client communication and management by marketing, developing and distributing conference reports, scheduling client meetings, and communicating the status of multiple initiatives to relevant internal and client stakeholders
