- Responsible for establishing methods for solving technical problems. You will Systematize tools for all the maintenance and implement production management tools. You will also Work on the installation and new start up of new equipment.
- You will Make the study and analysis of performance loss (equipment, skills). Work to Ensure the communication between different departments (logistics, packing, projects etc.) and also be creating learning programs for operators and team leaders to help them to develop their new skills
- Responsible for establishing systematization tools, also simplify processes and standardize work. This function packs the company’s product in its final packaging, set up in pallets. Work on Three priorities for packing departments that is Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
