Prolifics Recruitment 2022 – Job Description
- You will Effectively and efficiently manage of Company legal issues and work to provide legal advisory services for ensuring effective services management
- Closely Working with Prolifics global team for a wide variety of legal work including contract lifecycle management, licensing, product development, corporate governance, and lagalitties, intellectual property.
- Work on Contract Lifecycle management that involves contract redlining, negotiation, deal finalization, and archiving.
- Check, Review, draft, and negotiate several different agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, subcontractor agreements, and reseller agreements, partner agreements, EULAs.
- Work on Collaboration on RFPs with the business and working on related actions for support of these transactions.

Prolifics Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Reviewing, and preparing standard templates for commercial transactions and learning Prolifics business model, including legal, management and business-related requirements.
- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders such as finance, procurement, engineering, and business marketing unit teams as necessary to support process transactions to address corporate processes and legal issues as they arise.
- Closely Working on special project assignments, tasks and due diligence.
- Advising and supporting the executive team on risk mitigation for commercial projects
- Reviewing of legal contracts (e.g. RFP, DPA, Vendor agreements, NDA, LOA etc )
- Ensuring group policies are reflected in legal documents to protect the interest of the company
- Keep abreast of legal and legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates

- Have L.L.B degree from premiere college/university with experience of minimum 2-3 years preferably as an in-house counsel with similar responsibilities
- Have Ability to timely manage communications with internal departments
- Skilled in ensuring a collaborative management environment, and succeeding through regular meetings and have clear formal and informal communication with members of various and national internal teams and law firms
- Must be Attention to detail and have capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
- Must be Self-driven and have the ability to be both strategic and execution oriented.
