- You will Assess key markets, technology trends, customer needs, industries, target accounts, target personas, and competitors for franchise
- Identify priority basis opportunities across workflows and customer segments
- Test and calibrate recommendations based on the voice of customer research, maintaining good contacts to key opinion leaders and academia, and also understanding key technology trends and opportunities.
- You will Combine market opportunities and priorities with your deep assessment of portfolio characteristics, competitors, etc. into implications and work on direction for franchise strategies
- Monitor and optimize existing product business including understanding sales trends, product profitability trends, investments and forecasts. Also Develop additional portfolio recommendations to the company based on existing product performance.
- Partner with the Operations team to make or buy recommendations, and find potential sources when needed.
- Design and lead efforts with Technical Marketing team and appropriate Commercial teams on new product concept development, alpha and beta trials, product launch, and market adoption initiatives.

- Provides best product definition, product features, performance requirements and also trade-offs, product value proposition and business case for new product development
- Act as business lead within a cross-functional team on all relevant projects (PDP, ADP, BD) with particular focus on project scoping and planning, also consistent team participation and collaboration, management and execution of activities, and accountability for driving and influencing appropriate decision-making.
- You will have Ultimate responsibility for assessing different project teams and project direction and escalating as needed for resolution.
- Set appropriate direction and also priority for new product launch plans for projects within responsibility, including critical factors for commercial success of new novel technology and innovation products and extension product launches.
- Establish market adoption plans and strategies, priorities and objectives based on assessment of critical success factors.
- Responsible as part of cross-functional teams for achieving best key milestones in product development as well as technology and application development project, including but not solely focused on delivery of on-time product launches

Randstad Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have at least 4+ years of demonstrated expertise and knowledge in the Laboratory & Life Science market
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related Scientific discipline; can be substituted by equivalent Life Science industry experience
- Have a degree of M.Sc., MBA or PhD in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related Scientific discipline.
- Have Product management experience.
- Can Demonstrate capability reading technology and also market trends, and strategically planning future product opportunities.
- Have the Experience of working across organizational lines to translate market trends and opportunities into financial business plans.
- Possess Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to lead an organization by promoting best competency development and inspiring others.
- Contain Working knowledge of systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Aera, Palantir) and/or other data analysis experience preferred
