Synechron Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute to building up confidence, and growth of the company’s product-driven team of 6-12 engineers(per team) while ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement and management.
- Actively Work closely with stakeholders and dependencies, also work with the product counterparts on solution planning, development, design and implementation
- Establishing trust and technical excellence with performance not just within the team, but collaborating and evangelizing with wider internal product and engineering teams
- Ensure system-reliability engineering quality, security and technical compliance
- Scaling web application to support millions of users in different countries
- Plan and manage large standards and complex quality assurance projects from initiation to complete implementation
- You will conduct requirements analysis, resource and analyse budget estimations and develop and execute project test plans with milestones and timelines, also ensuring that the scope as well as the approach is fully understood by all the stakeholders involved.
- Provide guidance and support subject matter expertise on test automation, QA processes with standards and preparation of test strategies, that will be including test data and automation activities.
- You will manage, define, implement and improve integration of quality and standards metrics and principles into design and development of software technology and IT processes.
- Develop, design, monitor and analyze quality metrics (defect, defect, test status & results, etc.) and also generate customized user reports.

- Have a Minimum 8 years of experience in DotNet and SQL development

- In depth Knowledge of AML Alert Definition and Workflow configuration
