- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and participate in information system planning process
- Ensure compliance with the IT Risk Management policy throughout a project; report deviations to Head IT
- Establish and review project timelines, work flow patterns; monitor cost and quality
- Manage large and complex projects relating to the implementation of business applications, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures, etc.
- Ensure that planning and designing of projects / applications is such that requirements, budgets and timelines are met
- Responsible for end-to-end project management- project scoping, system development (internal or through vendors), and testing for integration with internal systems
