- Team Leader is responsible for leading a UI development squad for all the Cohort Authoring Tool components. Team Leader plays the vital role of facilitator and clears the path for the developers to carry out all the tasks by way of providing day-to-day level clarity.
- You will Liaise with Project managers to ensure that information flows both ways for smooth development activities.
- As a Team Leader you will also liaise with Team Leader from the Cohort Engine squad to ensure better coordination of work on both the front end and the back end of the shared component.
- You will Ensure work is picked up by team members that always align with the priorities of the current and upcoming sprints.
- Stories in the stack ranked (business priority) sprint backlog should always be picked up by the available team member based on rank unless specific skills are required for the story that has to wait on another squad developer with that skill set.

- Must be an Expert level knowledge of ReactJS ecosystem and ES6
- Possess the Ability to design and architect Enterprise JavaScript applications using ReactJS
