Virtusa Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Performs final verification of the story from Business Analyst perspective by validating the output with QA and also will sign off the stories and will send it to Scrum master review for closure.
- Work as an Active member of UAT defect triage meeting and also act as an application owner to support all kind of support and maintenance activities before and after software production roll out
- Provide any support or clarifications to the End user or customer facing team in case if they have any queries arise regarding the functionality of the project
- Contributes to the future vision for Research Databases across research teams
- Acts as a liaison between Research teams, Digital Product Owners, and also the Technology team
- Conduct requirement gathering session with business or operations team to understand the AS-IS processes and requirements and suggest TO-BE processes and requirements
- Contribute to the analysis and drafting of the business requirements and own BRD, User Story, Use Case or similar SDLC artefacts
- Perform feasibility analysis, gap analysis projects, and work with the project management team to prioritize deliverables
- Coordinate and review test strategy, test specifications, and assist in SIT and provide UAT support
- Closely Partner across stakeholders to identify and consolidate basics requirements into a single repository for tracking and change management
- Partner with the business teams to ensure sign-off on all requirements, testing and implementation.

- Have 5-8 yrs of experience in business analysis, process mapping and process improvement,
- Have an Exposure to various SDLC models (Waterfall, Agile etc)
- Should have the Demonstrated ability to work independently, under tight timelines while maintaining high accuracy and output
- Must be Solution-oriented and proactive with confidence to make decisions that impact the success of assigned work
- Possess Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams at various levels
- Must be Expertise in business process management from ideation to implementation
- Possess Excellent quantitative analysis skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including high proficiency in Word, & PowerPoint and modern software solutions
- Have working Knowledge of SQL querying is required, and exposure to Python will be an advantage
