- You will work To ensure timely and constructive completion of zero sessions as per SOP.
- Work to assess the fitness level of clients and also identify special needs, if any
- Check, design and plan an appropriate and safe fitness routine that consisting of right posture, cardio-respiratory fitness, and flexibility based on the fitness protocols to lose as much weight as in Slimming SOP
- You will use the most appropriate techniques (use of Resistance bands, Dumbbells, Stepper, Physio ball etc) to improve client physical fitness.
- Prepare and plan appropriate therapeutic exercise based on the special needs of a client.
- Also explain exercise practices recommendations based on the DNA report of the client.
- You will conduct periodic (at least twice a week) group exercise sessions for multiple clients to address common needs.
- You will personally apply whenever required (Cross gender not allowed) and also ensure correct and safe usage of bandages and pad placements, modes etc specific to different appliances.

- Responsible for conducting daily follow up of irregular clients to ensure best executions within validity period, achievement of the target Regularity % and also check package completion within validity period.
- Closely work in coordination with other specialists at VLCC to customize the fitness plans and programs for each client.
- Work To check on the Setting done by the Slimming Therapists / Nurses
- Responsible for monitoring the frequency and accuracy rate of taking and recording measurements taken by therapists.
- You will ensure soft skills are being practiced by every clients in the Slimming Department
- Also ensure timely preventive maintenance of all appliances and services equipment to assure client safety
- Always keep a track of calibration of slimming equipment and provide information to the maintenance team if overdue.
- Work to check the resistance of pads of NMSs with a multimeter and also discard pads which have resistance more than 1000 ohms. The Pads should be between 500- 1000 ohms and can be retained but all have to be changed after 6 months.
- Need to mention at the back of the pads the date of change and also start of usage.
- Actively guide regarding medical contraindications and other safety guidelines of appliances while bookings of packages .
- Work to sell various products to clients especially the Slimmers range.
- Regularly conduct events for invited clients covering demonstrations and best explanations to promote enrollments and marketing sales for the centers.
- Responsible To help clients to learn breathing patterns to relax and also de- stress
- Training inputs are shared with the Slimming Team members
- You will attend all staff meetings as and when required by the Center Head and work to attend all Trainings as and when nominated by the Centre Head

- Have a Master of Physiotherapy MPT /Bachelor of Applied Sciences Physiotherapy / Bachelor of Physiotherapy BPT /Diploma of Health Sciences Exercise and Sports Science
- Must be Good listener, patient and tolerant, also be able to handle demanding clients with gentle firmness and courtesy,
- Have to be able to keep calm and act professionally with clients of either gender and of all ages,
