- You will be Engage with the business stakeholders and learning consultants to understand the requirements and participate in training needs analysis (as necessary)
- Facilitate all defining sourcing specifications for company’s large sourcing requirements
- Cocreate other outsourcing strategies for large requirements and translate them into high-level project plans
- Run an RFI/RFP as the scenario warrants, developing supplier selection criteria, drafting applications, requirement documents, supplier communications & rollout plans, supplier shortlisting, and also contract negotiations (as necessary)
- In this role, you will need to analyze and solve complex problems
- You will typically working on creating new solutions, leveraging and, managing where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
- The role requires in depth understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to the team goals
- You will need to hold monthly or yearly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, efficiency, coaching and feedback, training needs, and career discussions

NIIT Technology Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for coordinating proactively, forward-looking business reviews with business stakeholders and portfolio owners
- Facilitate process adherence for existing and new customer stakeholders by helping them channel their initial demands, requirements and queries through the system and process
- In this role, you will also work and understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and also RFQ (price only) and understand how to develop, execute and analyze the results.
- You will be responsible to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, and select suppliers. Work on Inventory performance that will need to be improved through flexible fulfillment and available-to-promise methods.
- In this role, you may have to work on the COUPA sourcing module.
