- You will take Approves for incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, also rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process production by confirming company’s specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, strongly communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
- Approves company’s finished products by confirming specifications, conducting measurement tests, returning products for re- work, confirming re- work.

- Automate critical business workflows and also collaborate with other QA engineers, to build together efficient automated scripts on different testing levels (e.g Service, UI)
- Design, maintain, implementation, and execution of Quality Assurance methodology and also do testing standards within an agile environment.
- Analyze quality assurance metrics and track product defects, defect counts and test results.
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during all the testing process.
- Establish quality objectives, measuring performance against product quality objectives and always enhance through continuous improvement.
- Plan and Implement different Software Quality Assurance in projects across ECC
- Lead and undertake project QA activities to ensure that software tasks are carried out in accordance with agreed work packages and certification plans
- Monitor the participation of key contributors to make sure that all governance rules are followed in the project, and make sure that all key actions have been taken care before each decision-making step.
- Support the multiple project teams so that the relevant processes, and standards have been followed, and that the product delivered to the customer meets defined requirements.

- Have a Diploma / BE in Electrical/ Electronics & Telecommunication with Experience of 2- 3 years in Electronics manufacturing industry as Quality Control Engineer
- Have an experience in Company wide Quality event management( Strategy making, plan for awareness building, and executing training sessions )
- Have done Company Wide yearly activities such as planning, reviewing, progress monitoring and marketing update to top management
- Establishing quality management systems to improve overall Quality assurance by utilizing products and part knowledge,different analytical tools and with other knowledge of basic manufacturing process
- Have a Basic understanding of software tools ( Robotic process automation, python etc ) to reduce man dependent jobs or manual processes. and also have hands on experience on MS excel, powerpoint, word etc….
- Have Human resource development basic knowledge and planning of the activities.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities which will aid quick decision making. Possess Good communication skills to collaborate with internal & External stakeholders
