- Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about Frankfinn courses and also based on their interest, ask them to attend company’s free career counselling sessions in Frankfinn institutes
- Take Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit.
- Maintain regular attendance and to arrive at work on time.
- Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Clarify Customer requirements and probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through doing cold calling
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company’s products and services
- Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share with internal teams

- Responsible and you should respond to customer queries and their concerns
- You should provide support for data collection to enable all the Recovery of the account for the end-user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and their policies
- Reproduce customer issues and also call out product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to company’s customers
- You should be responsible to demonstrate a capacity for critical thinking and working on analysis.
- You should be responsible to showcase a proven work ethic, and carry the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment.

- Must be a Female Fresher with good comm skills can also apply.
- HaveDropouts, Graduates, Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
- Have Min 3 months experience in calling(OUTBOUND & INBOUND), telesales can apply.
- Only females can apply.
- Any Graduate Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing with 12 months Calling Experience in sales
- Having experience in education, and training sales are eligible.
- Carry Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have Relevant experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
- Must be Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Have Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
- Possess Excellent proficiency with written English and with a neutral English accent
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
- Have Good attention to detail.
