- Responsible for Participating in finite element modelling and analyzing problems in thermal domain in high and low temperature range.
- Involve in finite element modelling and regular analysis in the structural domain responding to all linear and non-linear problems.
- Conduct finite element modelling and work to analysis in electro-magnetic and also multiphysics domain.
- Perform modelling of mechanisms for kinematics, and force analysis.
- Lead engineering programs involving FEA for better product designs and modifications to meet customer requirements.
- Support strategic planning and also deployment of additional CAE modelling processes to accelerate product development.
- Manage outsourced FEA support that is required when local resources cannot meet demand.
- Provide structural support to design and certification groups based on a given geometry model.
- You need to Translate actual problem to the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) model, interpret analysis results and then select the best solution.
- Review project-related analysis that results to ensure project accuracy.
- Daily Interpret analysis results and convert them to design suggestions.

- Have a 6-8 years of Structural Analysis Experience (FEA)
- Have good Experience in Design and development of new products using very Basic Mechanical knowledge and automotive specifications
- Must have Hands on experience on Linear / Nonlinear / Transient physics/Thermal mismatch Analysis
- Have Stress and strain based fatigue life estimations
- Have Hands on experience using at least one of these tools Ansys, Hypermesh, Optistruct
- Have Basic understanding of CAD tools e.g. UG-NX etc.
- Possess Strong fundamental knowledge of Engineering Mechanics, and Mechanical Vibrations
- Have the strong Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Possess Strong interpersonal skills, working in a team environment, Positive attitude
