- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team.
- Drive knowledge management and continuous up-skilling of the team.
- Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
- Manage attrition through skip level meetings, planning interventions, engagement calendars.
- Identify training needs for direct reports and ensure domain/developmental training needs are met.
- Participate in organizational initiatives such as recruitment drives, training programs etc.
- Deliver communication received from senior management to the team members though town halls, team meetings.

- For Graduate Trainee: 2019, 2020 & 2021 & 2022 batch of Any 3 years Graduation program (UG full-time degree)
- Engineer Trainee: 2019, 2020 & 2021 & 2022 batch of B.E/ B. Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.S/ M.Sc any domain/ all specializations (full time).
- Applicants must have a minimum of 60% throughout their academics. The score should be consistent over the years.
- Should not have any backlogs at the time of applying for Cognizant Off Campus Drive.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Should have good communication skills.
- The aspirant should be flexible to work in 24*7 shifts.
- Should have basic knowledge of PHP, Java, .Net, C, C++, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Both verbal and Oral).

- A recently prepared Resume.
