- Candidates of Bachelor or Master’s in engineering, (Mechanical/ Aero) from reputed institutes
- Possess Strong in Mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Have Strong communication and documentation ability
- Must have 0 to 2 years of experience in Engineering and Product Management in the Power Generation industry
- Have at least 0 to 1 year Field experience with Thermal power generation turbine and excitation control systems
- Have Demonstrated knowledge in electrical or electric power engineering, conventional and renewable power plant design and operation
- Must have Knowledge of Load flow, dynamic, short circuit and protection modelling and analyses.
- Must be Proficiency performing power systems analysis using dynamic and transient simulation and other analytical tools such as PSLF,PSCAD and MATLAB
- Have Demonstrated capability to complete projects on-time and also on-budget as either individual contributor
- Possess Demonstrated ability to perform engineering analysis and design, develop best engineering solutions in a team environment, and to provide technical consulting services to customers
- Possess Proficiency with office productivity software ( MS Office, Visio, MS Project)
- Possess Excellent interpersonal communication skills (ability to effectively communicate with all levels of both internal and external customers, plant staff. Etc.)
