- The Sales Manager directs and manages the processes of his sales team at the Audi dealership.
- By motivating the team and ensuring their continuous development.
- he/she ensures that the volume and profit targets agreed with the management of the dealership are achieved and that the customer receives an excellent sales experience.
- Manage allocation of team targets and sales KPIs within the sales team and monitor progress against targets.
- Provide guidance and support to the Sales Consultants through the sales cycle to ensure high lead conversion ratio.

- Own Margin retention for the vehicle sales as defined by the dealers.
- Responsible for ensuring timely receipt of payment and collections for customers for his/her team.

- Students with Any Graduates/ Post Graduates, BE, B.Tech, MBA, MCA, ME, M.Tech from a recognized college are eligible to apply.
- The candidate should be a 2023, 2022, 2021 Batch Fresher.
- The aspirant should have a minimum of 60% in their 10th and 12th standard, Under Graduation and Post Graduation.
