- Demonstrate the software by providing application examples and exhibiting its ease of use
- Advocate for the customer and serve as a liaison between customers and product management
- Evangelize Adobe Technical Communications solutions to audiences both inside and outside Adobe
- Identify and recommend partners in support of customer implementation projects
- Manage the post-demo engagement in support of technical validation and solution acceptance.
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot customer reported complex issues such as JVM Heap Dump Analysis, Thread Dump Analysis and Performance issues for AEM.
- Fix Bugs through Code Changes in the later versions of AEM in collaboration with the Engineering Team.
- Troubleshoot, validate and report customer submitted bug reports.
- Providing round the clock assistance to our Adobe customers while working in shifts.

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from a best-in-class institute.
- 0 to 4 years of hands-on design/development experience.
- Strong C/C++ coding background
- Proficiency in data structures and algorithms
- Platforms: Windows, Linux, Embedded (Intel/ARM)
- Tools: Visual Studio, GCC, CMake, Valgrind, Helgrind, Callgrind
- Good understanding of object-oriented design and knowledge of product life cycles and associated issues.
- Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of architecture, design, and performance.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
