- The role will be part of the Project Management Team under WM Credit Risk. Key responsibilities of the role include –
- Coordinating and providing support on cross-risk and cross-product initiatives.
- Drives efficiency and collaborates with key stakeholders and internal business partners
- Drive execution and best risk practices for the WM Business
- Collaborate and influence key stakeholders, project managers, and business partners to drive initiatives to completion
- Engage into financial expense report reviews
- Communicate with stakeholders and IT to gather project updates
- Monitor and provide transparency on key initiatives, metrics, and financials
- Develop reports and presentations for Senior Management
Morgan Stanley Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly exposure and collateral variances and identify drivers, particularly in relation to market events
- Prepare monthly counterparty portfolio reviews material and participate in review discussions with senior management within Counterparty Risk
- Prepare portfolio reviews for specific products and participate in review meetings with business units
- Analyze and explain period over period exposure changes across a range of credit risk measures, including current exposure, simulated potential future exposure, stress test exposures (e.g. single- and multi-factor, product specific stresses) and risk sensitivities
- Identify tail-risks and concentrate build-ups, including the articulation of probabilities in the current market context
Morgan Stanley Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree required with 1-2 years of experience in a similar field (freshers can apply tools).
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Office suite (Power point, Excel and Word) is a must, including creative use of PowerPoint for strategy visualizations
- Experience and/or exposure to project management would be a plus
- Ability to effectively time manage and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
