- Work on Review the demand forecasting of top 350 items with the PD and send the projections to supply chain management for procurement actions resulting in time availability of material.
- Perform and Evaluate the market potential available and plan for new network expansion resulting in improvement in market share / touch points and easy access to customers

- Responsible for Implementation of core technical solutions meeting the CTQ targets for engine calibration projects.
- Work on Execution of DOE for engine calibration.
- Perform Execute all base engine related calibration tasks at highest quality and expertise
- Derive Creation of base calibration file
- Calibration file management and create history with modern file management system
- Create and Support for report preparation
- Work on Test matrix management
- Will Ensure proper functions of electronic interfaces
- Analyse and Execution of EOBD and can Functions calibration
- Perform Execute evaporative Emission calibration
- Need to Ensure compliance to HMCL’s own calibration process and also methodology
- Assist and Escalate in case of unresolvable conflicts of CTQ targets

- Must have Solid internal combustion engine backgrounds
- Good Understanding of process and methodology of calibration
- Deep Understanding of emissions
- Must have Work experience on calibration algorithms, hybrid systems, basics of ABS calibration, EVAPO Shed
- Should have a Proven record of work on optimization tools like CAMEO, CONCERTO, etc.
- Excellent Knowledge/ worked on the advanced comb. analysis tools like Indimaster, advanced measurement tools
- Having Base knowledge on Matlab/ Simulink or similar
- Do have Knowledge of EOBD and proven work experience on it
- Hands-on in engine tuning, carb, and FI
- Good Understanding of time and cost implications and their control
- One year Experienced in interaction with suppliers and internal/ external customers
- Having Work experience within global standards and time zones
