- You will be required to Participate and assist with testing, and analysis tasks on various phases of network systems development including integration, systems testing, software testing, field test plans and customer acceptance plans to maintain the credibility of the system, as directed by team lead and management.
- Provides solutions and support on the initial configuration and parameters of equipment for better system credibility.
- Configure and Assist in the investigation and resolution of matters of significance in conjunction with engineering and technical support to ensure cost effective and efficient resolution of system problems.
- Effectively Work with designing, implementing and maintaining test processes and diagnostic programs for assigned projects.
- Works closely with the team lead towards the completion of specifications and significant procedures for new products.
- Participates and performs in writing test plans for assigned projects.
- Take follow ups and Maintain record of test progress, documents test results, prepares reports and present results as appropriate.
- Collaboratively Works with more experienced team members defining test cases, creating integration and configuration test questionnaires from functional requirement documentation.

- Analyzes, tracks and resolves software and hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, servers, and applications to meet business needs.
- Performs troubleshooting activities to isolate and diagnose common system problems; record documents system events to ensure continuous functioning.
- Responsible for Recommended course of action and implements as approved.
- Monthly Upgrades system software and hardware components as required to meet business needs and coordinates backups. Must Ensure upgrades are happening in accordance with established parameters.
