Caterpillar Recruitment 2022 – Job Description

• As a Service Information Developer 1 position will utilize the Authoring system to develop and electronically author a variety of Procedures in Cat Technician App Authoring tools that are used to troubleshoot Caterpillar equipment problems.
• Provide information that is based on complex research of product service requirements and maintain a record that will be completed in a timely, accurate manner.
• Work on CDS-Cat Technician App tool, and proprietary system that provides data intelligence by tagging content and structure that enables products documents to be published electronically in the format specified by an engineer.

• Responsible to Lead NPI projects with responsibility of overall management and coordination at different phases of the program
• Assist and work on Assignments include tool design, assembly, manufacturing, processing, cost estimating, planning, layout, standards, releasing, etc. and requires to maintain the coordination of all disciplines.
• Incumbents have an assigned manufacturing area and with staff support provide tooling, machines and equipment to complete the operation.
• Closely Coordinates the installation of new machines and equipment and process changes to give the most efficient and economical results in manufacture or assembly of quality parts.
• Will Ensures optimum utilization of company equipment and space by correctly coordinating the layout of areas such as storage areas, test equipment, etc. to accommodate and measure the changing production requirements.
• Finalise release dates and availability of machines and equipment to maintain schedules and satisfy demand.

Caterpillar Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria

• Must have A four-year engineering or technology degree in Electrical/Mechanical, however, with significant experience within the Service Information Department and demonstrated technical writing skills
• Carry Troubleshooting procedure or Cat App Authoring.
• Candidates must possess good mechanical aptitude, a customer focus, planning and organization skills, good communication skills
•  Have the ability to travel if required.
