- As a Human Resource You will work on the Workforce Strategy and Analytics (WSA) team providing critical services to the Bank to support and guide workforce management, planning and the provision of insights to enable the Bank to manage and understand its workforce.

- The main areas of focus for this role are the advanced utilisation of all analytics and statistics to generate insights to support the new Talent Sourcing team which includes Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility and Promotions.

Deutsche Bank Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have Prior experience working with data (ideally HR data sets), including its extraction from source systems and transformation ready for analysis and experience presenting data results verbally or in writing.
- Have Analytical tooling experience such as excel experience including use of pivot tables, lookups and advanced functions such statements and Array Formula. Any exposure to programs such as Python is a plus
- Have Previous exposure to a data visualisation tool e.g. Tableau, Power BI
- Have Prior experience of Business Intelligence tools like Workday or Business Objects, not essential but desired
- Must be Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification work experience
