Experian Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities

 

• Develop recruiting strategies and specifications with hiring manager and facilitate recruiting methods
• Manage the recruitment life cycle within company’s defined portfolio (locations, BU’s, job families)
• Responsible for Manage and mentor junior TA team members
• Work closely with company’s hiring manager to understand team dynamic behaviour and culture for purposes of recruiting
• Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
• Build applicant relationships and sources, including talent pipelines
• Develop and maintain a network of recruitment team and referral sources including universities, or professional associations, vendors and agencies to assist in identifying candidates

• Candidates must be People centric, strong commercial acumen, autonomous and fosters teamwork
• Have an Experienced and passionate recruiter, incl. Tech talent domain expertise
• Have Background and successful experience working for a growing MNC (able to navigate a complex matrix organisation)
• Have a Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills

• Have an Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Must b Familiar with TA Systems & Tools, incl. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Have 10+ years recruiting experience is preferred, and ideally internal although we will consider a savvy agency recruiter
• Must Have managed a small team of high performing TAPs
