- Closely manage cohort of onboarded organizations by anchoring all mentor engagements to deliver quantifiable impact for organisations (incl. revenue growth, process optimisations, etc.) in line with the annual goals for MIF
- Continually engage in business reviews of the cohort organisations to identify challenge areas as well as validate and recommend new ideas and improvement plans to enable the organisation’s revenue growth

- Have a Masters in Finance/Management/or an equivalent degree
- Have 3-4 years of experience in scouting, business analysis of start-ups and also project management
- Have an Experience working in a venture capital firm or family office role at an associate or similar level is preferred
- Possess Excellent understanding of the start-up and innovation ecosystem in India
- Have Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to function with minimal supervision
- Must have Intermediate to advanced understanding of business strategies for scaling start-ups and strong ability to understand operational and growth metrics for early revenue organizations
- Have Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Have the Ability to engage with senior leadership or stakeholders meaningfully and judiciously
