- Responsible for Delivering training both on-site at customer facilities and online via remote sessions.
- Create and update amazing learning content for instructor-led training, including audio and video presentations, workbooks, and quizzes.
- Collaborate with Netcracker project teams and customer representatives to tailor training sessions for a variety of work cultures and audiences.
- Facilitate the evaluation of training sessions and also implement feedback from multiple customers.
- Provide weekly status reports and updates regularly on active and pending training engagements.
- Stay up to date with Netcracker products and their services as well as current learning theories, industry guidelines, standards, and technologies.
- Responsible for Provide internal product training for Netcracker employees as needed.
- Responsible for developing and highly executing employee technical training programs for cloud support solutions
- Facilitate instructor-led, technical training and assessments including skill sign off for their existing and new employees up to senior technical level across all cloud solutions.
- Able to manage all training facility needs, learning needs and also required admin tasks (training completions) including feedback to central team and service leadership
- Serve, mentor employees and ensure continuous process improvement.
- Conduct training analysis with local management and leadership
- Works directly with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Create all standardized intake training processes to streamline workflow
- Works diligently and expeditiously to access and identify skill levels.
Netcracker Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have Higher Education in a technical, educational, or linguistic field.
- Have 2+ years of experience delivering customer-facing training in a corporate environment.
- Possess Excellent communication skills and fluent written and spoken English are a must.
- Having Additional languages is a bonus.
- Must be Able to travel to customer sites to provide training. Also This position requires travel, from 30 to 50% per month as needed.
- Must be Able to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Must be Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be Able to clarify and simplify complex technical and business concepts for multiple audiences.
- Have good Experience in telecom, network virtualization, or IT preferred.
- Have Technical or professional experience with the following are a bonus:
- Have Application development using Java and JavaScript
- Have Relational databases (Oracle preferred)
- Should have Application servers (Websphere, Weblogic)
- Have Operating systems (Windows, Unix)
