  • A professional approach is in answering calls either through outbound calling process or via inbound calling and provide information to their customers about products and services, 
  • Take input of issues and their redressal thereof. Keep tracing records of transactions and interactions

NetMeds Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Taking and Handling Inbound Customer calls (Domestic process) 
  • Catering to customer queries, requests through Calls (Voice Process) and provide solutions to the customers. 
  • Keeping records of all customer interactions and different transactions, recording details of complaints, comments, inquiries and provide solutions to them.
  • Take Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints.
  • Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification.
  • Always check and ensure that Customer Service follow-up procedures are complete and meet time standards and regulations in a proper manner. 
  • Suggest and Service customers by providing necessary product and service information while also resolving problems simultaneously
  • Letting the customer know the cause of the problem and resolving the problem with adequate information and help.
  • Work on choosing the best solution to solve a problem; rectifying, adjusting and also following up to ensure proper resolution.
  • Work on Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

  • Have Excellent written & verbal communication, Handling Inbound & escalation calls, CRM Tickets. 
  • Must be Proactive personality and self-motivator
  • Possess Minimum 1 year or 6 months of experience into Customer Service (preferably from an e-commerce industry)
  • Should have Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Must know how to speak Hindi , English
  • Must be a Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand’s history, product offerings and communications.
  • Good Team player that is able to develop great relations with co-workers.
  • Have Good typing speed.
