- You will need Post daily deposits
- Process and check incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing them
- Properly Communicate with other clients about billing discrepancies and questions
- Work to Engage management over any AR problems you encounter within the organisation.
- Check and Initiate collections on past-due date accounts
- Check and Maintain accounting ledgers when required
- Create and regularly update a log sheet for quality control
- Handle special billing situations, including all group reservations and conventions
- Audit ledgers to ensure that they contain correct information, such as billing addresses and clients invoice numbers

- AR specialist Company needs to perform day-to-day activities related to Global Cash Application Process.
- You need to Apply cash in Oracle R12 by extracting bank statements for payments received from the company’s customers.
- Send cash application completion notification to other relevant groups & update relevant payment logs.
- Work on Application of Non AR payment received to relevant GL codes provided.
- Learns & understands the basics knowledge of standard reporting and how to use the data for reports.
- Collects and tracks data reports in a prescribed format for consolidation & review.
- Should be flexible to take up additional cash activity as and when required.

- Have Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
- Have Minimum 0-1 years of Relevant experience.
- Possess Knowledge of MS Office.
