- As a Diploma Engineer Trainee you will provides the application of technical and functional skills to Nokia customers and implement successful solution applications that run, manage and optimize key business processes while decreasing budgets and inefficiencies
- Work on End to end faults handling ,troubleshooting telecom network issue and resolving bugs in respective domain
- Work on Root Cause Analysis.
- Closely Coordinating with company’s Vendors & CARE organisations
- Preparing Performance reports and SLA reports and meeting with Clients to manage regular operations.
- Candidates need to be ready to work in a 24×7 environment.
- Need to work on Trouble Ticket handling and Customer Issue handling
- Ensure Acknowledgement and close TT within SLA and OLA
- Check, Prepare, implement and test the configuration and integration of a Node /services
- Work on Emergency Handling and chronology preparation for the company.
- Properly Coordinating with vendor team for handling resolved cases
- Also need to Interfacing with other Technical Teams
