- They are looking for a Management Trainee in Planning function, who will be mainly responsible for interacting with Customers and Customer Centers for providing information related to the orders focusing on delivery of products to customers on the right time.
- Release the purchase orders in time for other material requirement to the vendors as per the production plan
- Coordinate with sourcing, quality control, stores & other functions management in manufacturing for timely actions related to Customer Orders.
- Provide Contribution to the production and planning process for getting high efficiency and productivity
- Must Improve customer satisfaction in terms of their delivery performance
- Communicating with Various Shop Floor Team on Delivery Requirements
- Be an active part of monthly level meetings with customer centers to formalize Best CC needs for coming months, and track all PC commitments through GLM software.

Atlas Copco Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the customer order processing through best and proper scheduling, planning in BPCS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Responsible for customer services, contact and support to the Customer Centers for getting information concerning production, such as: Lead and stock availability, Delivery schedule of orders and purchasing, Special expediting assistance
- Prepare invoices of finished goods and coordinate with other Logistics for Material shipments for intercompany dispatches
- Coordinating with company’s Customer Center for customer inspection of machines in factory
- Conduct system stock analysis and physical stock verification on a regular basis through the Cycle Counts to ensure correct Machine stocks in the system.
- Work on the Procurement of production components at right time

- Must be Fresh Graduate or Candidate with 1-2 years of similar experience
- Have a BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ MBA
- Havin Fluency in English is a must
- Exposure to IT tools like ERP (BPCS), Manufacturing Execution Systems, CRM, MS-Excel, Word etc
