- You work on Enterprise level Architecture design and guide other tech teams to implement solutions as per the architecture design and plan.
- Design software program with new developers on the existing system to build capability.
- Identify and mitigate wide gaps in technical design, functional requirements with team members to design, develop and deliver high quality software.
- Manage different teams of Java Developers and Senior Java Developers.
- Design and develop Java or J2EE and databases based web App.
- Closely Collaborate with independent front end development teams.
- Use native apps on different devices on different technologies.
- Assists in tracking progress of software services development and accountability to the Project Manager for the team.
- Ensure completion of software delivery of large scale web based products.

Infogain Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Contribute in all the phases of the development lifecycle.
- Design a good system that works well under load. And Check Solution should be resilient.
- Drive and check The Security Aspect of Application is equally important and a person will be responsible for fixing security issues in code.
- Ensure better design is in compliance with specifications.
- Write well code designed, testable, efficient code.
- Prepare and produce proper releases of software components.
- Liaise with internal software teams (e.g. QA and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Support continuous improvement by thorough investigating alternatives and technologies and also presenting these for architectural review.
- Track all bugs raised by the QA team and fix them.
Infogain Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have Minimum of 8+ years of experience.
- Must have Very good fundamentals in Java, Java8 and micro service architecture.
- Have Exposure to design solutions and implement the solutions.
- Have Exposure to grooming junior members and reviewing the code of other members of the team.
- Possess Very good knowledge on APIs, JSON, XML, Spring boot and backend knowledge.
- Have Exposure to DevOps, Agile, Java 11 (Mono, Flux) and airline domain are preferred.
- Have Hands on Engineering Processes like code review, technical test and documentation, swagger, liquibase. GIT etc.
- Candidates Must have knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
- Candidates Must be able to play an independent technical leadership role and also participate with stakeholders in designing & planning enterprise level product architecture.
- Must have hands-on experience in designing and work on architecting enterprise level systems and applications.
- Have Prior experience of handling distributed systems development using the J2EE application stack will be of advantage.
- Have the Ability to handle complex technical development concepts with the latest software tools and technologies.
- Must have knowledge of database concepts and object oriented design techniques.
- In-depth understanding of different programming languages and have the ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.
- Have Prior experience of working with end to end server side development and also web based front end development.
