- Attend daily calls from customers to understand their technical services related issues.
- Use script to provide best Information to customers regarding the support services.
- Ask pertinent questions to better understand the customer issues.
- Record the customers’ issues in the ITSM system.
- Keep tracks records of calls and record useful information
- Take ownership of customer issues that reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow all standard procedures for proper escalation to unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt brief and accurate feedback to teams
- Ensure proper recording and also closure of all issues
- You will be required toPrepare accurate and timely reports
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base notes and articles
- Maintain Successful deployment
ACL Digital Private Limited Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Have Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
- Possess In-depth knowledge in the product that the technician is supporting.
- Have Strong problem-solving skills
- Possess Excellent Customer Communication skills
- Possess Excellent client-facing skills
- Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
