- Operate securely in a multitude application, web, and network security
- Build and instituting a secure software development lifecycle
- Set the technical direction for your team and work with multifunctional partners to deliver on your work
- Develop and execute against both short and long-term roadmaps, making effective tradeoffs between business impact, user experience, and a high-quality technical foundation
- Write code as we expect our technical leadership to be in the trenches alongside junior engineers, understanding root causes and leading by example

Instabase Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- you’ll work closely with engineers and architects to design secure distributed systems, to identify security vulnerabilities, and to advocate for security across the firm.
- Data security & privacy: ensuring data is stored securely in process memory, storage systems, caching systems, messaging systems, indexing systems
- Network security: ensuring data travels securely between various components of Instabase, and between Instabase & components external to Instabase
- Secure SDLC: to advocate and institute security best practices in software development life cycle
- Application & web security: ensuring Instabase meets
Instabase Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Encipher is open to passionate women pursuing their pre-final or final year B.Tech and IDD course in software & circuit branches from 100+ select Engineering institutes in India
- Women with 0-1 years of experience having an engineering degree from any of the IITs can register.
- Minimum CGPA cut-off – CGPA or 70% throughout academics (10th,12th & Engineering).
- The participating students/professionals must be from Software & Circuit Branches only.
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited during the online coding challenge.
- Any cases of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification of the concerned candidates.
- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Security, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in high level languages such as Go, Python, C++, or Java
- Comfortable with distributed systems fundamentals
- Comfortable with containers and container orchestration systems
- Familiar with one of the public cloud providers preferably Azure
- Familiar with web and application security fundamentals
