Air Costa Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • You will be Responsible for driving all the activities pertaining to sales in the assigned area.
  • Will Achieve individual/ team sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) .
  • Support and Maintain excellent relationships with channel, trade and corporate clients in the assigned area. Regularly communicate with clients and update them about the company’s new offers, products, developments etc.
  • Work in the sales department as Based on market movements, buying behavior of customer segments, improve sales by hiring new sales agents and OTAs and mining the existing one to generate more business.
  • Check and customised Availability of Air Costa inventory in the all the integrated OTA for accuracy and correctness.
  • Improve and increase corporate revenue stream by contracting with new deals and managing existing key accounts. Provide market inputs for the development and refinement of corporate products.
  • Monitor competitor activities in market and market trends Advice the internal decision making team about rewarding new routes and timings for the services. 

 

Air Costa Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria

 

  • Must Have more than 7 years of experience in sales function of a Domestic airline and should have held equivalent positions in other airlines.
  • Candidates have Ability to set up a Sales team and drive them to achieve results.
  • Can work as a Coach and mentor company team members as required and ensure resolution of people issues.
  • Must be Able to communicate well in English and in the local language of the region. (Hindi an added advantage) 
  • Must be Graduate (preferably Business Management graduate) 
  • Have Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE and ability to prepare and present management reports
  • In depth Knowledge and understanding of reservation systems (added advantage) 
  • Have Good leadership qualities and an experience in training teams
  • Have Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work extended hours (if required)
