  • Responsible for Making outbound calls to explain the product features and how to utilize them to the best extent, while resolving customer queries
  • Work to Be a consultant to the customers by understanding their requirement and suggesting the right solutions tothem
  • Convert, Retain and renew customers, and maximize revenue by upselling
  • Initially Own service demonstration to clients on video meetings
  • Will Manage outsourced partners/employees, drive relationships, evaluate and perform process performance with key metrics on a routine basis to ensure optimized productivity.
  • Check and Identify areas of process improvements, data interventions and to drive data-based projects to improve overall quality and efficiency of services.
