Ansys Recruitment 2022 – Job Description
- You will Demonstrate a solid solutions of the code and the team’s software development processes to other teams.
- Work with the managers and others to define and implement new strategies and capabilities. Once projects are defined, the engineer should be able to deliver small and medium sized projects with minimal input from others.
- Will Diagnose and fix code problems.
- Design and Deliver code that meets requirements on the schedule. Ensure that code is efficient, maintainable, extensible, scalable, robust and easy to understand.
- You will Optimize code to improve tool run time and also memory capacity.
- Create unit, regression and system-level tests to thoroughly validate the new features or changes.
- Communicate very clearly and work closely with manager, technical leads and other software engineers to refine solutions and to describe changes that may or may not affect others.
- Understand and demonstrate best practices solutions in software engineering.
- Be a source of expertise and knowledge for others in the project team.
- Write C++, C# and Python code software to read and translate finite element input decks
- Investigate translation code strategies by running multiple finite element solvers, also understanding the engineering intent and abstracting it in a very user friendly model setup.
- Participate in the development process that is including specification, development, testing, documentation, optimisation, maintenance and support
- Understand and maintain best software practices through unit testing, debugging, design and code review

- Responsible for Ramp up on required domain knowledge related to the product.
- Build a deep understanding of the code and the team’s software development processes.
- Diagnose and correct code problems.
- Optimize code to improve efficiency and tool run time and memory capacity.
- Create unit, regression and system-level tests to thoroughly validate all new features and changes.
- Communicate clearly and work closely with the manager, other technical leads and other engineers to improve refine solutions and to describe changes that may affect others.
Ansys Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have B.E./BTech. or M.E./MTech. degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or a related field like VLSI
- Have Knowledge in C++ or Python
- Must have Knowledge of the Linux operating system
- Must possess Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and debugging.
- Contain Understanding of electronic design at gate level and/or transistor level
- Have the Ability to learn quickly, understand complex systems and work closely with others.
- Have Master’s degree in computational mechanics with 3 to 5 years of experience,
- Strong computer science background, with knowledge of C++, Python and object-oriented programming, and a passion for software development.
- Have Strong understanding of scientific computing and numerical methods for computational Mechanics and Optimization
- Must have Good written and oral communication presentation skills in both French and English
