- You will Independently perform and lead complex Infra tasks in a matrix environment with a diverse variety of tasks.
- You will be planning, programming and implementing Infra activities in account or cross- account support (automated/manual)
- You will be analyzing and monitoring results, to control troubleshooting processes in a technical way.
- You will be providing Integration (Configuration Control), (middleware) professional guidance and coaching to project management designing and development teams and implementation groups as well as customer architects – internal and external Amdocs clients, including stakeholders without Infra understanding
- You will be leading assurance of team’s deliverables: Reviewing Infra scripts to meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA (Service Level Agreement), & initiating LL (Lessons)/ RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) and sharing results

- Have Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalents
- Must have Total Experience – 10+ years
- Have At least 2 years experience in Architecture of software systems.

- Must have experience of one relational and one non-relational database technology.
- Must have working experience on designing APIs contracts using REST pattern.
